Positive:
Mike & Cherie have been taking care of our two cats for several years. The cats love the McNultys, so they no longer get traumatized when we leave town. The McNultys also watch our condo while we're gone and take care of the balconies and shutters when a storm warning occurs when we're gone.
Negative:
None that I can think of.
