About Us

 

This is the home site of three condominium associations located on the bay side of Longboat Key, Florida.  Longboat Key is an island in the Gulf of Mexico connected to our mainland city of Sarasota. We welcome visitors and owners to our Web site, and hope you will enjoy what you find here.

 

We are a family of three related associations, composed of 288 households.  The calendar of events, our property, and neighborhood links apply to all three associations. Each association has its own set of documents and board of directors.

 

Fairway Bay (referred to as Fairway Bay 1) is an association of 124 owners in two mid-rise buildings (70 units) and 14 townhouse buildings (54 units). Addresses are in the range of 1900-1932 Harbourside Drive. The property is managed by property manager, Monica Stefonek. 941-383-2701. Office hours: M-F 8a-4p 

 

Fairway Bay II is an association of 84 owners in two mid-rise buildings (60 units) and 6 townhouse buildings (24 units). Addresses are in the range of 2000-2020 Harbourside Drive. The property is also managed by property manager, Monica Stefonek. 941-383-2701. Office hours: M-F 8a-4p 

 

Fairway Bay III (also called The Atrium) is an association of two mid-rise buildings of 80 owners. The property is managed by Kevin Martin. Email: atrium@longboatps.com, phone: 941-383-7130. Office hours: 9:00am – 4:00pm, located at 2120 Harbourside Dr.

 

The Community Council is comprised of the president and treasurer from the three boards which manages the shared properties, such as the shared pool, tennis courts, clubhouse, and exercise room.
